What we collect
When you request a leak check, we collect the contact and business details you submit: name, business name, best contact, trade, approximate job volume, suspected leak, notes, and consent confirmation.
If you move forward, you may choose to share screenshots, exports, invoices, estimates, job lists, call notes, customer messages, payment status, or similar records so we can prepare the review.
How we use it
We use your information to review fit, schedule the free check, prepare a revenue leak report if you move forward, follow up with you, and improve the repeatable OwnerOps process.
The goal is narrow: find missed follow-ups, stale estimates, unpaid invoices, stuck jobs, and customer issues worth owner-approved action.
What we do not do
We do not sell your business data or customer data.
We do not ask for passwords to start.
We do not contact your customers or send customer-facing messages without your approval.
We do not use your submitted materials to market another business without permission.
Who handles the review
OwnerOps is run by Fernando Fernandez in the San Antonio area. The first checks are manual and founder-led on purpose, so sensitive business context is reviewed by the operator preparing the report.
Tools and service providers
OwnerOps may use service providers for website hosting, form handling, notifications, email, file storage, payments, analytics, and security. Examples may include Vercel for hosting and Telegram or email for lead notifications.
These providers process information only as needed to operate the site, deliver notifications, store submitted material, or support the review process.
Retention and deletion
We keep submitted information only as long as needed to review fit, prepare the report, follow up, improve the service, or keep limited records required for legal, tax, security, or dispute reasons.
You can ask us to delete submitted materials. If deletion is requested, we will delete what we reasonably can unless we need to retain limited records for the reasons above.
